hmm - this is the link I have for Facebook https://www.facebook.com/events/1549537298611292/ - it's working for me. 10 am - 8pm Ahipara Beach, 6th December.
Public Awareness Concert about deep sea oil drilling in Te Reinga Basin.

Loads of guest speakers about marine life, extractive exploitative industries, traditional knowledge and customary use of marine biodiversity, indigenous rights.

In between the coolest line up of local, national and international musicians.

Planning for this event has had the family at the forefront of our principles with activities for kids and accomodation at the local marae the night before for those who are keen to arrive early.

On site camping available.

A Freedom (from Fossil Fuels) Forum will allow concert goers to take action by signing petitions, submissions, recording vids of their thoughts about deep sea oil exploitation, learn about marine life in the area, and much more!
